Our Process

Purchase Your Lot
You are in the market for a new build, and you know that you want to live in a particular neighborhood! Thats great. Let's make sure the lot you need for the home you want is available and move forward from there!

Pick Your Home Design
The lot is locked in and now we get to pick the specifics of your home. We will meet with the designer to make any changes and edits to the plans, make sure it fits in the budget, and get all the permits in line. Paint colors and countertops? Yes, please!

Sit Back and Pack
The permits are in hand, the dirt is moving, and the foundation of your home is being laid. The hardest part starts now: the waiting! But do not fear. We will be in frequent contact with you, keeping you up to date and in the loop. We will have you packing boxes in no time!

I'm Melanie Phelan. I project manage the process of developing homes from the day we break ground to the day you get your keys. I come form an interior design family and went to school for event management. Building your home should be fun, organized, timely, and on budget - exactly what I do!
